We wanted to update you on some very exciting news at the Hardeman-Sams House. On May 17, 2016, we became the proprietors of 255 Milledge. We are very excited about what this means for the venue as well as our clients, and you should be seeing some positive changes in the property over the next few months.

So what does this mean for you? The first immediate change is that we are investing more resources and finances to update the venue. As a first step, we are already working on basic repairs, maintenance, painting, cleaning....and more cleaning, interior design and landscaping. While we plan to include overall enhancement projects, we also want to hear from you on what you would like to see in the facility. So, we would appreciate it if you could email a couple suggestions to events@255milledge.com. Please be as specific as possible, and also realize that we may not be able to get to all your requests.

So what else will be changing? First, the name of the owner and business name will change. We will also be launching new branding, an updated web site with more online resources and a new Facebook and Instagram page for our social butterfly customers (please show your support by “liking” us).

We are looking forward to making lots of positive changes within the next several months and over the long run to improve the property, level of event experience, support, and continued enhancement of facility. These are exciting times for us and we are anxious to share these improvements with you as they develop. Please stay tuned for more news.
